The update and the dated event notice

HoYoverse’s version announcement introduces Snezhnaya with 7.0 on August 12. The August 27 Phase II notice separately lists the September 1–22 wish period, including the Flins event wish. A permanent region and a limited event do not have the same deadline, even when both appear in the same update coverage.

Make a two-column return plan

Put exploration and story goals in one column, and genuinely time-limited activities in another. Then check the in-game requirements for the thing you want to do first. This prevents a returning player from treating an entire new region as homework that must be finished before an unrelated timer expires.

Choose a comfortable first goal: find where you left the story, understand one new area, or try the available character trial. A current banner is information, not an instruction to obtain every character. Keep the decision about spending resources separate from the desire to catch up.

Use the game for your exact ending time

The dates in an official notice still need to be read with their stated time basis. This article does not convert a notice into a single countdown for every server. The timer and details inside your own account are the practical final check before a time-sensitive activity.

When a screenshot circulates without the notice date, inspect which version and phase it belongs to. The same character can appear in discussions from different periods. A dated link is more reliable than a cropped banner with no surrounding context.

Keep team planning specific

If you are considering a character, identify the team slot or activity you want them for before reading build advice. Check the relevant official trial and in-game details, then compare guidance written for the appropriate version. We do not promise a particular pull result, guarantee a reward, or label an untested team the best.
